Organisation of RAT (ANTIGEN) - The price of the test is €35 per person.
Organisation of PCR testing - The price of the test is €100 per person.
It is possible to book a test in advance before your arrival, or during your stay by registering at the reception or by contacting our Health & Safety Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org)
The reception staff will contact you when the results are ready. They will be available up to 24 hours for PCR and up to 12 hours for rapid ANTIGEN test.
Test results can be in Croatian or English language. If traveling by plane, a negative test result on English language is required when boarding the plane.

Guests from the EU can enter Croatia without any problems and return to their countries. The epidemiological situation in the Adriatic is under control with less active cases than in other tourist destinations in the Mediterranean.
Entering the Republic of Croatia
All holidaymakers entering the Republic of Croatia must have a booking confirmation and fill out the online form Enter Croatia
People travelling to the Republic of Croatia from green countries/regions are exempt from the obligation to provide negative test and to self-isolate.
Travellers from other countries must provide a negative PCR test or RAT (antigen) test no older than 48 hours or must be tested upon entering the Republic of Croatia and remain in self-isolation until they receive a negative result. In case of a rapid antigen test and a stay of more than 10 days in the Republic of Croatia, the test must be repeated within ten days from the date of the previous test.

Children under the age of 7 who travel in the company of parents are exempt from the obligation to present a negative test result and to self-isolate if their parents have a negative PCR or RAT (antigen) test.
People who have recovered from COVID-19 within the past 6 months are exempt from the obligation to provide a negative PCR test and to self-isolate. To prove that they have recovered from COVID-19, travellers must provide a positive PCR or RAT (antigen) test result or a positive neutralisation test (NT) result or a certificate of COVID-19 recovery issued by a doctor (this certificate is valid at the earliest on the eleventh day from the positive test result).
People who have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate are exempt from the obligation to provide a negative test and self-isolate. The certificate must state that at least 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of the vaccine (in case of Moderna vaccine, 14 days since the 1st dose).
More than 80% of the employees in our complex received the vaccine against Covid 19.

A high standard of hygiene has always been an imperative in our hotels, and now it is more important to us than ever. We regularly conduct training and education of employees, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all areas, with special emphasis on surfaces that are often touched.

Regular disinfection of critical points in the accommodation unit: disinfection is performed frequently, and after each change of guests it is mandatory:
Switches, sockets, lamps, coffee machine
Telephone, TV remote control
Air conditioning thermostat
Handles: doors, wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, curtains
Bed: bed linen, pillows, mattress, covers
Surfaces in the bathroom: sink, faucets, mirror, towel rails, toilet bowl, shower, tiles and joints, glasses, cosmetics
Work surfaces: tables, armchairs, sofa, chairs
Terrace: table and chairs, deckchairs
Cleaning of accommodation units is done while the guests are out of the same or in agreement with the
Washing of bed linen and towels: Special attention is paid to intensive washing at recommended temperatures and disinfection of bed linen, towels and bathrobes, and they are placed in the room immediately before the arrival of the guest marked "Disinfected for you”. The working principle is defined so that clean bedding cannot come into contact with dirty, in such a way that the first used textile is stored in a bag and taken without touching the cart with clean bedding, towels and bathrobes, and they are placed in the accommodation unit only after disinfection of the entire accommodation unit.

Olympia Health & Safety Food protokol ensures maximum safety and health of food and beverages in all our restaurants and bars.
The Olympia Health & Safety Food standard controls all food and beverage processes from production, delivery and preparation to serving.
Food and beverage management protocols are HACCP certified by SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
All our employees have the prescribed health certificates and are regularly educated to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
Buffet service: Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance to the restaurants, physical space is made between the tables in accordance with the measures of physical distance, it is mandatory to wear masks when moving inside the restaurant.
During each change of guests, the tables are disinfected and the tablecloths are replaced. Price lists are available via QR codes, and where this is not the case, the price list is disinfected after each use. Regular disinfection of vending machines, coffee machines and all contact surfaces (bar) is performed.
Guests are advised to make contactless payments.
Food is served by employees, and physical distance is maintained in the serving line in accordance with the current recommendations.
Visible notices have been posted on the mandatory wearing of masks, physical distance and disinfection. Regular ventilation of the space is performed.
In periods of increased number of guests, meals are organized in two shifts for the safety of guests and to ensure the recommended distance
Deckchairs and tables in our pools are regularly disinfected, the prescribed distance between deckchairs is ensured
At the entrances to the pools there are barriers, ie carpets with disinfectant
Before entering the pool, it is mandatory to take a shower and pass over the barrier
A disinfectant was placed at the entrance to the wellness
It is mandatory to wear masks inside the wellness
In the indoor pool, the deck chairs are properly spaced and regular disinfection is performed, and hand and deck chair disinfectant is available.
The number of users in the indoor pool, SPA zone and gym is limited in accordance with the available space
After each use, the SPA zone, gym and treatment and massage rooms are disinfected
Diffusers with essential oils for disinfection and a pleasant smell have been installed
