Terms of payment and cancellation of reservation:
Free cancellation until 5 days before arrival.
CUSTOMER undertakes to pay AMOUNT of 30% upon confirmation.
In case of cancellation 4 -1 day before arrival the hotel will charge 30% of the reservation.
In case of cancellation on arrival date or in case of no show the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.
