Payment and Cancellation Policy:
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be settled at the hotel reception upon arrival.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge via email no later than 5 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation 4–1 days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the accommodation cost for the reserved room type will be charged.
