TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid at the hotel reception upon arrival.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge via email up to 4 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation 3–1 days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation cost for the reserved room type will be charged.
