Payment terms and cancellation conditions:

1. Payment after reservation by official invoice  30% of the total amount.
2. Reservation can be canceled over email at least 7 days before arrival.
3. In a case of cancellation 7-1 days or in case of no show,  we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation fee.
