To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance, the remaining amount must be paid at the hotel reception upon arrival.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge via email, no later than 5 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation of the reservation 4-0 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
