Sky Restaurant
Sky restaurant is located at the top of hotel Olympia Sky and it is open all year round.
Its carefully crafted menus follow the rhythm of the seasons, special occasions, and local ingredients. At Sky, the changing seasons can be felt not only outside but also on the plate.
Seasonal Menus
In February, Sky celebrates the Month of Love with a special menu and a Valentine’s Day selection. March is dedicated to Women’s Day, while spring begins with the Asparagus Days, held from April 1st to May 15th.
Autumn at Sky carries the aroma of warm spices and fresh ingredients through the Autumn Menu (October 1st to December 1st), and December brings the traditional Cod Days.
Each of these menus brings familiar, comforting classics that evoke a sense of home, tradition, and simpler times.
Wine List
The wine selection matches the kitchen in both care and quality.
It features labels from all Croatian regions — from local winemakers in Vodice, Srima, Primošten, Drniš, and Plastovo, to renowned wineries from Pelješac, Korčula, Hvar, Brač, and Vis.
You’ll also find wines from Istria (Buje, Motovun, Rovinj) and from Continental Croatia, including Plešivica and Kutjevo.
Ingredients and Preparation
The Sky kitchen is built on the foundation of fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Fish is supplied by trusted local fishermen, vegetables come daily from the Vodice market and nearby family farms, and meat and other produce are sourced from domestic producers who share the same philosophy — simplicity, quality, and respect for food.
Tradition on the Plate
The menu features dishes that tell the true story of Dalmatia:
- Marinated fresh fish (saur)
- Octopus salad
- Marinated anchovies
- Skradin risotto
- Shellfish in buzara sauce
- Gregada
- Brudet
- Lamb orzotto
